🔥Beyond Grief Coaching Circle🔥
Everybody grieves sooner or later. Bereavement is the only kind of grief that other people accept and make space for. Yet there is grief in caregiving, in witnessing a loved one's illness, helpless to do anything about it, in aging, in being part of a group grief experience, etc.
If you are here, you are:
- A bereaved person
- Caregiver for a child, someone who is ill, special needs, or elderly
- Someone who loves a person who is grieving and wants to support them
- Someone who is aging, facing mental and physical limitations
- A member of a group grieving as a collective
You're here for one of the following reasons:
❌ Unclear on what 'normal' grief looks and feels like so you can know if you're OK.
❌ Unclear on how to solve the problems grief causes.
❌ Unclear on what to say and do for grieving people without overstepping boundaries.
