Moving forward, if you are enrolled in the free collections assistance program and fail to respond within a reasonable timeframe, your case will be closed.
This is a free service—no payment is required. Because of that, timely communication is expected. Taking 2–5 days to respond to basic case-related questions is not acceptable and slows the entire process.
We are committed to helping, but effort must be mutual. You must be willing to participate and prioritize your case. This policy also applies to affiliates—if your client is unresponsive, their case will be dropped.
We understand everyone has obligations, but please do not start the process if you cannot commit the time to complete it. We are only moving forward with serious, responsive individuals.
