Hello everyone, hope you all are doing well. I'm going to start a 15 days routine challenge to align my morning routine towards a more athletic lifestyle. Which consists of daily running of 4 km and some workout and close it all with a peaceful meditation session😌. So yeah, just wanted to share it, I'll share my consistent results here for sure. And if anyone wants to suggest something then you're most welcome 😊. Till then, keeping grinding, stay happy.
Report - day 1
Hello everyone, Karan this side. This was the day 1 of my 15 days challenge, it went very well, with lots of enthusiasm and determination. Hope the same pace for the rest of the days. Results might not be scalable yet, but definitely even the little one will make a huge change over the time. Wishing the same discipline and determination for u all, join me and make every next morning a better one then yesterday 🙌. Till then, keep grinding and stay happy ⚔️.
Priority debt.
Recently, Tristan and I talked about sleep debt because my sleeping schedule is very off(I only sleep 5- 6 hours a day) and the Idea of sleep debt, where you need to pay off the missing hours of sleep on the following day, and if not, it will stack up. I started it, and putting that idea in mind helped me to get more sleep than before. I always keep in mind that I need to pay some debts 😂. Since I kinda adopted it, I applied it to things that I need to prioritize, ex. I have a goal to read 10 pages per day, but I haven't read today because of my busy schedule. In that case, I will need to read 20 pages tomorrow. But note that you shouldn't get too comfortable to let those debts pile up because you will end up losing your goals too.
1st Step on my journey...
Hello everybody, I have started the program, I'm currently on Pillar 1 and I would like to share with you 3 things that are helping me walk in the right direction. 1) My conecction to God: God is my first conversation everyday, I pray, I talk, I share, I vent, I thank, I cry and I connect to my source of all good things, which for me is God. 🙏 2) To show up intentionally everyday: Which means taking action big or small everyday having my why in mind, even tho there are tough days, difficult moments, bussy agenda and so on, I'm showing up the best I can. ✅ 3) Assertive Communication: I communicate openly how I feel (especially to loved ones), I set boundaries, I ask for what I deserve and want. And if there is no chance to do so, I write it down so I don't keep it to myself, cause #thebodykeepsthescore 😉 I would like to know what are your thoughts on this. Please feel free to share. And if there is somethink you would like to talk about, or if you would like to simply connect, text me :)

Hey everybody, hope yall are doing fantastic! I wanna share that I have started Phase 2 (Purpose and meaning) I am loving this part very much, I am happy I have found my life mission, and now I am also aware, that there are some parts of me that need support in order for me to become my best self. I would like to know, how do you stay consistent to become your best self? How does structure look like for you? How do you structure your days to be productive and also prioritize rest to give your fullest? Thank you so much :)
