Here, we do not blame effort. We look at structure. We adjust. We test. We build self-trust one small shift at a time. The Best Digital Life Program focuses on you. It guides you through processes designed to provide clarity, confidence, and freedom to you as you build the right system for your biz. To get the most out of this room, start simple. What Would Feel Like Relief in 30 Days?
Since goals need to be measurable, how do you measure the success of a feelings goal? You could use a 10-point rating scale and compare your before and after scores. Completing tasks could be your way of defining success. What could you use to measure success for relief or other feels?
