Have you had an OOPS moment?

This morning, I deleted almost all of the Internet bookmarks for my business.

I have two Gmail accounts for my biz. One is Live - apps in use, customer-facing actions, etc. I also have a Staging one for training, subscriptions, bundle rampages, drafts, etc.

I lost the Staging one. I had one core folder on my Bookmarks Bar and pushed Delete at the wrong time. I frantically searched for them, even with recovery software, but bye-bye. I imported my Live profile, but it's only a small percentage.

After a few hours, I had to move on and get back to work. Lessons learned:

1. Back up my bookmarks!

Export a copy somewhere - hard drive, other browser, etc.

2 Set up an automatic backup completely.

I thought I had set up a scheduled backup, but there was one more setting I didn't update.

I meant to clean through those bookmarks sometime, but not this way!

Anyone else want to share an oops? Hopefully, yours have been less dramatic!
