Help with SS
My friend is disabled & was receiving SSA & disability which was $1012.00 p/month. They took her disability away ($700.00) because they said her husband makes to much. So now she receives $312.00 p/month. Her husband makes only $1.00 more than min wage which is $15.00 p/hr. He does not give her any money or access to the money from his paychecks. She needs things & does not have enough to live. What can she do??? She was born in 1961. Please help. Thank you so much.
