Love and light my ass 🤕
Everyone wants to ascend but no one wants to go deep and do the work. Everyone wants to claim positive affirmations all the while knowing that their nervous system feels the truth long before they do. We can lie to everyone except ourselves. Our souls. I went looking for love in all the wrong places. I looked everywhere Everywhere except inside myself. Inside was a little girl dying to be noticed. Dying to be hugged. So I overcompensated. I gave too much. And asked for too little. I settled for small and numb instead of realizing I had done the work and then some. All that was lacking was belief in myself. But there comes a time in this lifetime or the next. The dark night of the soul will show you more about God and yourself than all the days at Sunday school combined did. So prepare and face what you fear. Or prepare to fear what you don’t face. I came out the other side a different woman. Some days I think it is me being jaded. But nope.. I remember the lesson and know that I am not. That is just the ego’s way of trying to loop you back in. Because feeling righteous is one of the best tricks the devil ever played on us. It has you thinking you are doing God’s work while silently depleting your tank and dimming your shine. I am prepared to walk away from anyone or anything that steals my peace or doesn’t serve my highest good. So with love and compassion I keep an open heart and a present mind. It is all a game. A fun one at that. Play as you see fit. God is love. That includes loving yourself and telling people to kick rocks. If you want to know who the closest ones are to God? They are the broken ones. Except they are not broken… Only temporarily misguided Until they remember All they had to do was click their shoe three times. The magic was inside of them all along. There is no place like home. Elite Team! 🏆🇧🇿💪
Belize, get ready for the Pure Elite Team in January 2026! 🌴 This incredible group has built such a strong bond, setting ambitious goals and a clear mission for 2025. As a reward for smashing those goals, we’ll be celebrating our success together in beautiful Belize! This week has been one of the toughest in my career as I worked hard to make Champions Club in Dallas, but my team rallied behind me every step of the way. 💪 We’ll sail the seas as a reminder that with unwavering support, accountability, and a shared vision, anything is possible. Big thanks to @Life Coach Rob for always leading by example and inspiring us to reach higher. 🙏🏼 Let’s go, Team Elite! My girl @Andrea Songy for being ride or die cheerleader. The Art of letting Go 🎈
There comes a point in your life when you have to face yourself . You know what you need to do. You know what you have to do And yet you feel stuck. So the question remains what to do next ? Scan my body to see where I can find clues. What is it trying to tell me ? What is it trying to show me? I am quite certain there is a practice we can find To make the integration process easier. Just a matter of finding it. I went from 9-5 rat race to being Disgusted with myself binge watching Netflix watching my life pass me by As I numb myself. Only to return to finding that sometimes Our monkey minds need a well needed break And Netflix might just be the cure. We are all on different parts of our journey. There is no one size fits all. You have to find what you resonate with Because those are the people on the Same frequency as you. You can’t apply rules from lesson 7 On a lesson 3 life. It has to fit and not be forced or It just won’t work. Learn the rules of the game. Apply them well.

You Were Made for Something More 🦅
“Do you ever feel you are like an eagle in a chicken yard—grounded and pent up when you should be soaring? You know there is much more within you than you are experiencing and expressing in your life right now. You know God has a great purpose for your life—and you cannot escape or ignore the inner urge to "go for it." Know this: all eagles are uncomfortable in a barnyard; they all long for the clear, blue, open skies. When you are living in a place that keeps you from being who you were made to be and doing what you are meant to do, you will be uncomfortable, too. But also realize that people around you may not understand your desire to break out of the box. They may want to clip your wings. When you hear their comments and questions, something inside of you may ask, "What is wrong with me? Why do I think as I think? Why do I feel this way? Why can't I just settle down and live a normal life like everybody else?" The reason you cannot just settle down is that you are not a chicken; you are an eagle! You will never feel at home in that chicken yard, because you were made for something bigger, more beautiful, and more fulfilling. I encourage you today to fan the flame inside of you. Fan it until it burns brightly. Never give up on the greatness for which you were created, never try to hide your uniqueness, and never feel you cannot do what you believe you were made to do. Realize that your hunger for adventure is God-given; wanting to try something new is a wonderful desire, and embracing life and aiming high is what you were made for.
