Let’s lock in our Behind The Desk rhythm
Before the week gets away from you, let’s put some structure around it. Inside Behind the Desk, this is how we’re moving: Monday — Reset + Direction Get clear on what actually matters this week. Not everything… just what moves your life forward. Wednesday — Teachable Moment Something simple. Something practical. Something you can use immediately (no overthinking required). Friday — Real Life Check-In Wins, struggles, questions. This is where we figure things out together — not perfectly, just honestly. This week for me: → I’m sending my first marketing email on Wednesday → Keeping it clean and simple (not overcomplicating it) → Following the structure instead of chasing motivation Now your turn — What’s ONE thing you’re focusing on this week that would actually make a difference? Drop it below. Let’s keep this intentional 👇

Let’s be honest for a second…
What’s the one thing in your life or business you keep saying you’re “working on”…but you’re actually avoiding? Not because you’re lazy. Because you don’t have a structure for it. Be real. Is it: Getting consistent with content Setting up your offers Organizing your time Following through on something you already started Most people don’t have a motivation problem. They have a structure problem. Drop it below. No overthinking. Just say it. 👇

Do you actually want freedom?
Everyone says they want freedom. Flexible schedule. More time. Less stress. But if I’m being honest… Most people don’t actually want freedom. They want to look like they have it. Because real freedom looks like: Random Starbucks runs on a Friday. No laptop. No urgency. Not needing to prove you’re busy. And for a lot of people…that feels uncomfortable. So they stay in: “I’m so busy” “I have so much to do” “I’ll relax later” Because being busy feels productive. Even when it’s not actually getting them anywhere. Let me ask you - if you had nothing to prove today… Would your day look any different? Or would you still fill it with things just to feel like you’re doing enough? No right answer. But your answer will tell you a lot. 👇 Tell me honestly: Would you slow down… or stay busy?

You’re not behind… but I know why it feels like you are
Let’s reset something today. You’re not behind in life. You're not late. And you’re definitely not doing it wrong. But… I know why it feels like you are. Because when your life isn’t structured properly, everything starts to feel: - unfinished - rushed - slightly out of control Even when you’re doing a lot. That feeling of: “I should be further ahead by now…” That doesn’t come from failure. 👉 It comes from nothing holding everything together. And that’s what we’re fixing here. Not with pressure. Not with perfect routines. But with simple structure that: - helps your days feel clear - helps your decisions feel easier - helps your life feel calmer This isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about becoming someone who finally feels like her life is handled. If you’re here, you’re exactly where you need to be. Start with the Morning Structure. That’s where everything begins.

Monday Structure: The 3-Block Day (This Changes Everything)
Today we’re not talking about motivation. We’re building something you can actually use. If your days feel scattered, it’s usually because everything is competing for your attention at the same time. So instead of trying to “manage time”…we’re going to contain it. The 3-Block Day Method This is the simplest structure I use — and it works whether you’re working, running a home, building a business, or all three. You divide your day into 3 intentional blocks: 1. BUILD (Progress Block) This is where your life actually moves forward. Examples: - Creating content - Client work - Building your offer - Admin that actually matters - Anything tied to income or long-term goals Rule: No distractions. No switching tasks. 2. MAINTAIN (Life/Admin Block) This is everything that keeps your life running. Examples: - Emails - Errands - Cleaning - Scheduling - Returning messages Rule: Contain it so it doesn’t take over your whole day. 3. LIVE (Personal Block) This is where most people feel guilty… and shouldn’t. Examples: - Family time - Going out - Starbucks runs ☕️ - Watching a show - Rest Rule: Be present. This is part of the structure — not a reward you “earn.” Why this works Most people mix all 3 of these together all day long. That’s why you feel: - Busy but unproductive - Overwhelmed but behind - “On” all day but nothing is finished This fixes that. Your Assignment Today Don’t overthink this. Just do it once. 1. Decide your 3 blocks for today (they don’t have to be perfect — just choose) 2. Pick ONE task inside your BUILD block→ this is your non-negotiable 3. Set a start and end time for each block Example (simple): BUILD: 10am–12pm → Finish module / client work MAINTAIN: 12pm–2pm → Emails, life stuff LIVE: 2pm–evening → Family, relax, reset Reflection (this matters) At the end of the day, ask yourself: - Did I actually complete my BUILD task? - Which block felt the hardest to stay in? - What pulled me out of structure?
