Hitting thoughts 💭
1) Were you on time? 2) Did you swing at a good pitch? 3) Did you keep your direction? If you answered no to any of these questions, it’s not a swing issue.. The players who you see consistently performing well learned how to manage the physical(swing), mental(approach/mindset), and emotional(managing expectations).
How to Call Timeout Mid AB!
Highly recommend you call timeout verbally before taking your hand off the bat!

Cage ➡️ BP ➡️ Game 👏
How to practice external focus! Step 1: Put in the work in the cage Step 2: Trust your swing will improve over time (Don't panic if things don't feel amazing day 1...) Step 3: Use those feels in BP to start off your day (Tight load, inside the ball, stay back, etc) Step 4: Use in game approach during BP Step 5: Focus on external target/approach. Step 6: Get the job done and feel proud Step 7: Be grateful you get to play baseball. Celebrate the wins and know the losses bring you 1 step closer to feeling amazing! Bonus ⭐️- We are always one swing away from feeling good again. Blooper, foul ball, line-out. We are never far off... sometimes it just feels like we are. Stay the course and trust the process

Cage Session Feels 👀
Chin shoulder to shoulder is something I like to feel. I’ve heard really good hitters say this is something they focus on as well. Keep it simple! Comment what you like or dislike about this video?
