Raising Change is a calm, cozy corner for mums who want to grow alongside their children, not just raise them.
š I'm Angela. I came to mindfulness and child development through necessity. I didn't want to repeat old patterns or overcorrect and overprotect my children. So I started learning about child development and neurodevelopment and somewhere along the way I realised that everything I was learning for my children was healing something in me too.
That's the parallel process. And it matters because our children learn so much more from who we are than anything we can ever teach them.
