This week, we are exploring the things that erode our feelings of safety, and how to reclaim them. We are checking in with our shadow side, and realizing all of the ways that perhaps we have become disembodied or inauthentic in our expression. You can find the week 6 video HERE.

Here are some questions to allow you to do your own deep dive into reclaiming, your feelings of safety, embodiment, and authenticity. I look forward to reading your contributions!

  1. ✨On a scale of 0-10, where 10 = connected to love/source, regulated, embodied, and living from an intuitively guided space, and 0= disconnected from love/source, dysregulated, disembodied, and not leading your life intuitively or in connection with your gut, where do you feel like you are?
