Just saw Nick’s video - 1 year sober alcohol/nicotine (huge congrats) 💯 Anyone else sober? What changes have you noticed. Physical/Mental/emotional/spiritual/work/family? What tools did you use to overcome? What advice could you give to someone ? Spoiler- it gets really good at the 18 month mark and beyond. But it is amazing, just one day at a time! We’re half way thru the week! How is everyone doing? What are some things that you accomplished this week? What are some things about this week that made you happy?

I saw this photo this morning and I had to share it because I relate to this photo. When things are going good for me I will get a burst of anxiety waiting for something bad to go wrong. I will find myself not enjoying the happy moments because I am waiting for something to go wrong. I will also find myself overthinking the happy moment to the point where I will force the bad to happen. I am trying very hard to enjoy the happy moments but I still get that burst of anxiety waiting for something bad to happen. I just wish I knew how to enjoy the happy moment without feeling like I am sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for the bad to happen.

Does anyone have that one person, friend or family, who knows when you get quiet it means you are in your head? I have one friend who's been in my life since high school (2001 grad here, so yeah I'm old, lol) that checks if she doesn't hear from me in 36 hours. We were talking about it one day and she said that she does this when I get quiet because she knows what I've gone through and what I struggle with. Recently I was pretty quiet and she messaged me saying if I didn't answer her within 5 minutes she was gonna show up at my house and knock on my window. LOL

I was having a good day then all the sudden it’s like I can’t do anything right . So I’m checking out for the night . I hope the call is going well and I hope everyone had a wonderful day . Start fresh tomorrow . Love you all ❤️

So today started off awful, I was told my district manager was coming to help with freight. All he did was move things around in my backroom and took up space on the sales floor with pallets. I was very stressed out because I felt like my work load doubled. When I was able to leave I headed over to my part times job at assistant living home, by the time I left my part time job I felt like I was appreciated and loved.

Best home remedies for heartburn?? Tums and omeprazole don’t work and the milk ain’t working no more. I am miserable
