Good photography
With smart phones, it’s easy to shoot your products and use those shots for your website and social media. But, there is no comparison to professional photos! If you can, hire a professional PRODUCT photographer to shoot your products clean, white background. You can then add your own photos you take outside, with props, on a table, mantle or dresser.
Product shots and “lifestyle” shots are 2 different things. And they both serve a purpose. The product shots show exactly what the product is, what it looks like. The lifestyle shots tell a story of how the product will make someone feel. They’re emotional.
Here are 2 examples. Can you tell which one was professional, in studio? And which was from my phone?
