Oops I did it again!
Hopefully, you only make this mistake once if at all. Your first brow wax. What happens when you remove too much hair? The first step is to be honest with the client. Show them in the mirror. The majority of the time, they will be forgiving and may not even be as upset as you are at the error. We tend to overanalyze our work. Trust me. I still do it. I usually have on magnifiers, so it's really hard to see how the shape actually looks until I get up and walk around to view the client right side up. The second step is to offer the service for free. This will be no charge since I did not deliver exactly what you requested. Please allow me the opportunity to make it up to you next time. You can even offer a secondary treatment as an add-on. When you meet your clients with a giving heart, you will find they will do the same. Remember the four agreements. Be Impeccable With Your Word, Don't Take Anything Personally, Don't Make Assumptions, and Always Do Your Best, promising greater freedom, happiness, and love.

Microdermabrasion
Someone was asking if they needed to pay for a training for this skill on Facebook. Well, it’s part of my overall course for one thing, but I am happy to chat about it here too. What is great about this machine is that it’s not super expensive but packs a multilevel punch and you can use with other exfoliations. 1. Use it before extractions because it helps to open the pores. 2. Lymphatic drainage. If you follow the lymph system, it really helps removing toxins and deputing! 3. Diamond tips exfoliate and rough up the skin. Bye by dry skins. 4. No no. Do not turn it on too high or stay in one area. Keep it moving sister. Any questions? The Gif is somewhat accurate. 😆

Give clients what they want!
Why is this a challenge for so many service providers? It’s especially challenging when creating art with hair and make up. If you can listen and receive a request, explain how it might not be exactly like what they are asking, and then execute, you are miles above most beauty pros. Nothing is more frustrating than asking for a certain lash, brow or hair style, and the provider doesn’t listen. Has this happened to you as a client?
