Licensing and Registration with local council in the UK

Hello

I will be qualifying soon in my VTCT micro pigmentation course in the UK and was wondering if anyone had any advice on council licensing and registration to work as a PMU artist

My plan is try and get room renting adhoc until clients are build so need to know about pricing and what’s needed to license in areas like London, Essex or Hertfordshire

Any information and advice would be great 😊
