Hi Lori and everyone, I’m Alicia 😊 I completely understand how you feel. I started my PMU journey at the beginning of May and, honestly, I feel the same way you do. My trainer was lovely, but I don’t think her teaching style was the right fit for me. Since then, I’ve spent hours practising, watching YouTube videos, and learning from other artists. Things like mapping, shading, needle hang, stroke length, voltage settings, and machine choices still feel overwhelming at times. I’ve recently completed my first case study on a lovely lady who trusted me enough to let me do her brows, eyeliner, and lip blush. I’ll always be grateful for that. Now I’m focused on improving as much as possible before her top-up appointment. I’m really glad I’ve found this group and look forward to learning from you all. Hopefully, one day I’ll be able to help others starting their PMU journey too ❤️
