Why is it that we feel the duty to make everything and everyone else a priority over ourselves? We must know, that if we do good by ourselves, we'll be equipped to handle whatever comes our way. This is also very personal. We must physically take care of ourselves by what we eat, drinking enough water and what we put on our skin. What we put in our body as well as on our body, we must realize, many times is a contributing factor to our health. We must also look at how we present ourselves. If we want to be considered a queen, we have to learn what queens do and what they don't do.
