I’ve been in the beauty industry long enough to see a pattern. Most estheticians are trained to work in the industry…but not to build within it. We learn services, techniques, and state board requirements —but very little about systems, pricing, hiring, scaling, or ownership. So I’m building something that fills that gap. A space where estheticians and salon owners can actually learn how to: - pass boards with confidence - understand the “why” behind what we’re doing - build real businesses, not just books - create structure, systems, and consistency - and grow beyond the treatment room This isn’t about doing more work, it’s about building smarter foundations.
