“THOSE WANTING TO LEAD AN ORCHESTRA.
MUST BE WILLING TO TURN THEIR BACK ON
THE CROWD.”
I often refer back to this quote, as a reminder to block out the noise and focus on the goal/target. You have to separate yourself from the crowd to truly apply your full potential.
