“THOSE WANTING TO LEAD AN ORCHESTRA. MUST BE WILLING TO TURN THEIR BACK ON THE CROWD.” I often refer back to this quote, as a reminder to block out the noise and focus on the goal/target. You have to separate yourself from the crowd to truly apply your full potential.

Hi everyone, I’m Simon and grateful to be apart of a group like this, well done Beau. I am a builder transitioning into bespoke owner developments, following my passion for design and execution of beautiful homes to be enjoyed for future families for many years down the line. My mantra for this year is live by design, not by default. To me this extends past business, it represents me individually and what I stand for in how I dress, how I get out of bed, how I structure my finances, my relationship, friendships, family time, etc. by design means you are in control, you are confident and assertive. A challenge for me with this is trusting myself to by those 3 things however writing this, I truly believe I’m on the way there. Curious for others to share what this means to them as I’m sure majority if not everyone in this group has a path they are on. I won’t be able to make this network group due to a a family engagement but do look forward to the next. Have a solid say 🚀
