Tip for open houses.
Post your open houses on Facebook marketplace and yard sale sites 2 days before and then the morning of. Then go in and create an event in Facebook and invite everyone to it. You can invite up to 500 people. If you want to do paid targeted ads off of that, you can within 15 miles of your open house they’re super inexpensive and should help drive more traffic

Another listing appointment. Use a similar video in your market
I posted this video last night and woke up to another listing appointment in my DM’s. People love natural disasters. I would advise to be careful what you choose. No one got hurt on this video. If it’s somebody getting hurt I would do your 1% at the end. I geo tagged the location. I’m also going to post this in trial reels to see if I can pick up new followers
