Phase Check Prompt
I was in the middle of building out a new idea and kind of brain-dumping everything as it came up. At some point, I paused and asked ChatGPT a simple question: “What’s the best way to prompt you so I know when to stop and summarize what I’ve built so far?” In the middle of that conversation, this question came out: “Is this a phase-complete unit, or do I need one more component before summarizing?” That one line slowed everything down in a good way. It’s been really helpful for knowing when to stop building and capture what I have before moving on. Once something is phase-complete, I summarize that section and paste it into a doc so the idea doesn’t live only in my head. If you build fast, this kind of pause can help you: - 🧠 catch a clean stopping point - ✍️ organize ideas without killing momentum - 🗂️ move ideas from your head into a doc while they’re still clear - 🚫 avoid one giant, messy brain dump I attached the full conversation from when this question first sparked in case it helps you see the context or adapt it for your own builds. Sharing in case this helps someone else who’s building and wants to stay focused while ideas are flying 🚀

*Note: I received permission to copy and share this post. I just copied and pasted the text. I also had to download the web browser extension NotebookLM. The attached moving infographics are different from the original. I used Grok (free) -> Imagine. ========== I am sharing - i did not come up with it-- but its too good not to share. Want to make an amazing moving infographic? This is an example using a YouTube Video (example of Evelyn Weiss sharing her Vision Board Video) I uploaded the link to NotebookLM and created an Infographic with a description of what type I wanted. 1. Paid version (Gemini pro) 2. Free (Grok) 3. Free Grok without prompt (animate image / Imagine option) Youtube -> Notebook LM -> Gemini or Grok 1-Choose your YouTube video as your info source 2-Click NotebookLM button (under video) to create a new notebook 3-Click Infographic and the pencil in corner: Type '"Dark Mode Neon" (or Cyber-Minimalism) designed for a social media post that will pop off viral 4-Take the output infographic image to Gemini or Grok 5-enter prompt below ===== CONTEXT: You are animating a short, visually appealing transformation from a blank white textured canvas into a completed infographic. The infographic is provided as a static image (uploaded). The animation must not generate, render, or simulate any intermediate graphics, text, or shapes not already present in the final image. This video will be used for professional marketing and educational presentations. ROLE: You are a Senior Motion Designer with 20+ years of experience in cinematic transitions for enterprise-level infographics and user interface intros. You are known for working with source images only — no AI-generated overlays, fake content, or inferred elements. ACTION: 1. Start with a white textured canvas background (subtle paper or linen texture). 2. Animate a **visual reveal of the uploaded infographic image**, using cinematic techniques such as:

This prompt creates a scene where "Real You" is interacting with a "Mini-Pixar You." This is perfect for thumbnails, profile headers, or just creating unique brand assets that stand out. Give this a shot with your own avatars/photos and drop the results in the community. Let’s see what the dojo creates! 👨‍🎨 Prompt: Use the uploaded photo as the ONLY facial and identity reference. The main subject must look exactly like the person in the uploaded image, preserving identical facial structure, proportions, skin tone, hairstyle, eye shape, nose shape, lips, jawline, and overall identity. Do not beautify, alter, or replace facial features. Create a cinematic, ultra-detailed scene of the subject. The subject is gently holding a tiny animated cartoon miniature version of the same person by the hair between her fingers, like a playful puppet suspended in the air. The miniature character is a Pixar / Disney-style 3D version of the same person, with exaggerated cute proportions, large expressive eyes, raised arms, and a lively, playful pose. The miniature must clearly resemble the same person and wear a matching outfit. The main subject is looking at the tiny character with surprise, delight, and affection, creating a whimsical, heart-warming interaction. Lighting is warm professional studio lighting with soft rim light, shallow depth of field, and a smooth golden bokeh background. The real person’s skin texture is photorealistic, while the miniature character has clean Pixar-style materials, soft shading, and polished 3D surfaces. Cinematic color grading, high contrast, sharp focus, premium portrait composition, 50mm lens look, f/1.8 depth of field, ultra-high realism blended with stylized animation, aspect ratio 4:5, 8K quality, cinematic finish. Keep mask on on both 🥷The Ai Shadow App is almost ready! 🥷
