Introduction
Hey everybody, I’m exciting to start this community. I’m Henry Abraham and played 5 years of division 1 basketball. Just played my first year of pro basketball. This community to a core will be workouts for you all! It’s what I did to get my success and each day will be different. I’ll send a workout plan based on the in season/offseason with a skill, conditioning, and strength portion. Occasionally some IQ stuff as well. I’m very excited to get this going and meeting you all!
