Why Doing More Isn't Always Ideal
Often, people think of progress as doing more. Want to get good a push ups, do more. What to get better at running, do more.
While sometimes this can work, it more often leads to dysfunctional movement patterns. Especially if you're body wasn't working well in the first place.
I want you to focus on how you move. Try doing 5 squats, or walk up and down your stairs a few times. Pay attention to what it feels like. Are your heels coming up during you squat or does it bother your back? Does one foot land harder than another on the stairs?
