I need your advice, lose weight after vacation
Wake up early. Lace up your shoes. Go for a run. Feel the rhythm of the place as it wakes up with you. Do a morning workout in a local park — let the sun warm your face and the breeze remind you you're alive.
That’s exactly what I did on my vacation. I averaged 20,000 steps a day, and I pushed myself with some tough bodyweight workouts. I felt strong. Energized. Connected to the places I explored.
But… I also slipped back into some old eating habits. No big meals — just constant snacking on whatever was around (which, of course, was usually the worst stuff 😅).
By the end of it, despite all of the workouts I gained 4 kilos. I cannot remember what they say but it sounds like "You can't workout a bad diet". And now that I’m back home… the motivation to lose them again? It’s just not there yet.
Anyone else been here before? What helped you restart and refocus after slipping off track?
