Why you need a Technical BA Immersive Simulation 🤯
You might ask "What even is that?"
Most Business Analysis programs tell you what to do and how to do it. Sometimes they tell you why.
We don't think that's the best way to learn. So we designed a real life project and employed our students as BAs 🤔
While understanding a Data Migration or API Integration project might be useful. What truly matters is being critical, asking the right questions and surfacing risks on any technical project.
Our core principles:
- Good Technical Business Analysts do not eliminate uncertainty. They make uncertainty visible so the right people can make informed decisions
- Reasoning matters more than the answers and every decision should trace to evidence
- Hidden assumptions are dangerous so always document uncertainty
- Prepare the next conversation, not the perfect solution
