Time to Level UP 🚀
I’ve been quiet on Skool.com, but not inactive.
Over the past year, I’ve been working closely with experienced Business Analysts across the UK and US.
One pattern kept showing up:
Highly capable BAs were getting stuck; not because of lack of experience, but because:
• They were over-focused on documentation
• Under-involved in decision-making
• Uncomfortable in technical conversations
• Struggling with imposter syndrome
That gap between experience and seniority is what I’ve been focused on solving.
