One of the reasons I created Base64 Academy
After years of working in and around complex systems, data and change, I kept seeing the same issue.
Experienced professionals were expected to:
- shape direction
- influence decisions
- drive value
- engage confidently in technical discussions
but were rarely taught how to bridge that gap 🌉
Base64 Academy exists to fix that.
It's a focused learning initiative under B.I.T.S Network, built to help experienced professionals operate at a senior level - without turning them into engineers 👷🏾♀️ 👷🏼♂️
I'll be sharing more about what that looks like in practice 📣
