5am Scan Tomorrow October 2nd
Hey everyone, looks like the majority voted for tomorrow (Thursday) for the 5am scan.
If you cannot make it tomorrow at 5am you will have to come in the afternoon tomorrow 4:30-6:30 or Friday 4:00pm-6:00pm
Note- if you do not scan before EOD Friday you will not be included for the prize for body fat-muscle gain! But you still may scan for results after this week!
Please get in tomorrow to scan, please come early as I will be there from 4:45am-5:15am
Make sure to fast 2 hours before… have at least 40 oz of water and use the bathroom before!
