BarkWatch Course Layout --- Short Workshop — “BarkWatch: Listen, Learn, Act” Duration: 1.5–2 hours Audience: Residents, neighbours, pet owners, neighbourhood watch volunteers Goal: Teach residents to recognise alarm barking, respond safely, and join the local alert network.
