Let’s have a real moment together today🦚
One thing about this community… we are not here to pretend. We are here to heal, grow, and have honest conversations together. So here’s today’s Crown Confidence reflection: The Mirror Question What was the hardest moment you ever had looking in the mirror after hair loss? Was it: • The first time you noticed the change? • The moment you tried to hide it? • The first bald patch? • The realization that things might never look the same again? For many of us, the mirror became more than a reflection. It became a place where we had to confront emotions we were not prepared for. But here is the other part of the question: What helped you move forward from that moment? Was it prayer? Support from someone you love? Another Empress who understood? Therapy? A headwrap that made you feel beautiful again? Or simply deciding one day that your crown still deserved to shine? This space was created for conversations exactly like this. So if you feel comfortable, share your story below. And if you are still in the middle of navigating that moment right now, please know you are not alone here. Tell us where you are in your journey today. Unveil your crown. Embrace your shine.

Let’s have a real moment together today🦚
Welcome to Baldie Brigade Squad, Empresses.
This space was created with intention, heart, healing, and sisterhood in mind. Baldie Brigade Squad is more than a community. It is a safe space for women navigating alopecia, hair loss, identity shifts, healing, confidence, and becoming. Whether you wear wigs, wraps, locs, patches, or fully embrace your bald crown, you belong here. This community is rooted in education, empowerment, and authentic connection. Here, we will have real conversations. We will laugh together, learn together, grow together, and remind one another that our worth was never tied to our hair. As we begin this journey together on Skool, I want this to feel different from social media scrolling. I want this to feel like home. A place where Empresses can breathe, be seen, ask questions, share stories, and continue building confidence from the inside out. So let’s start with something simple. Introduce yourself below and tell us: • Your name • Where you are from • Something you love about yourself that has nothing to do with hair I’ll go first.. I’m Nakisha Jolanda Gregory, Founder of Baldie Brigade Apparel LLC and The Crown Confidence Alchemist. I’m originally from Columbia, SC, currently living in Hawaiʻi, and one thing I love about myself is my ability to keep showing up with purpose even after difficult seasons. Now it’s your turn, Empresses🦚 Unveil your crown. Embrace your shine.
