We can’t protect our kids from life — and we shouldn’t.
Because the world will test them in ways we never can.
What we can do is give them one tool that lasts.
Resilience.
For me, that means doing hard things even when it’s uncomfortable.
For others, it might be staying calm under pressure, or learning to ask for help.
Whatever the version — that single skill becomes armor they’ll wear for life.
So — if you could only teach your kids one resilience skill, what would it be?
