Thumbprint Cookies (Jam-Filled)
Ingredients • All-Purpose Flour • Butter • Sugar • Egg Yolk • Vanilla Extract • Jam (Strawberry or Raspberry) Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Cream butter and sugar until light. 3. Add egg yolk and vanilla extract. 4. Gradually mix in flour. 5. Roll dough into small balls and place on tray. 6. Press thumb in center of each cookie. 7. Fill center with jam. 8. Bake for 12–14 minutes. 9. Cool and serve.

Ingredients • All-Purpose Flour • Peanut Butter • Butter • White Sugar • Brown Sugar • Egg • Baking Soda • Salt Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Mix butter, peanut butter, and sugars until smooth. 3. Add egg and mix well. 4. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. 5. Add dry ingredients to mixture. 6. Roll dough into balls and place on tray. 7. Press with fork to make criss-cross pattern. 8. Bake for 10–12 minutes. 9. Cool before serving.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Ingredients • All-Purpose Flour • Rolled Oats • Butter • Brown Sugar • White Sugar • Raisins • Egg • Cinnamon • Baking Soda • Salt Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Cream butter and sugars. 3. Add egg and mix. 4. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. 5. Add oats and raisins. 6. Mix into the dough. 7. Scoop onto baking tray. 8. Bake for 12–14 minutes. 9. Cool and enjoy.
