5/20 Fitness Check in.
Was a big day,
scripture/ abs and legs. Missed yesterday.
Macros. Finally did a muscle up!!! No bands!!
Dead lifted 350 working my way up to 400.
Benched earlier this week at 255. going for 275. My squat is at 225. I think I can go much higher but I need to get my form dialed, knee injury, need to rest to get an accurate PR. This week was brutal on my legs and so was last week. So I will gain a bunch of if I rest up enough. And get proper nutrition. And sleep! But I need to stick to my schedule. Don’t want to over push but damn. Gains are being made!! Also cut and split about 25/30 logs? Need to get them out to sell over the weekend.
