Heres todays eats from me, Its been a busy week so havent been able to post much. I started off today after training with a yogurt bowl with different fruit, cashew and brazil nuts with peanut butter and dark chocolate on top. Then some sweet potato, tenderstem brocolli, salmon and cottage cheese. What have you guys ate today?

One Pan two meals!
An easy meal prep for you… All you need is one pan and a rice cooker. 1- set your rice cooker off, ensuring enough for two meals. 2- turn your pan on medium-high heat with olive oil and once warm enough, add in chopped garlic and onion. 3- after 1-2 minutes, add in your beef mince and let it sear on one side, season the uncooked side with cajun, paprika, and garlic powder. 4- after it is browned on one side flip over and repeat with the seasonings. 5-when both sides seared, break up your beef mince and add in any veggies that need cooking( i use pepper and chillis mostly. (Also add in any tomato paste here) Once all thoroughly cooked, rice included, plate up and enjoy! To add some more taste you can also add greek yogurt or feta cheese!
