Hi, I’m Jasmine — founder of Back to the Barre. As a former professional dancer, ballet educator, and barre/Pilates instructor, I spent over 20 years teaching students, developing technique, and mentoring young dancers through movement and artistry. Now, in this new phase of life as a busy working mom and former dancer myself, my focus has shifted toward helping women reconnect with strength, confidence, mobility, and graceful movement in a way that feels sustainable and supportive of real life. I created this community for former dancers, beginners, and women 30+ looking for low-impact, ballet-inspired fitness that keeps you strong, mobile, and connected to your body — without pressure or perfection.
