A lot of people in here don’t have a motivation problem. You’ve got a restart problem. But something always pulls you off track…and then starting again feels harder every time.
So we’re not doing that this time.
Today is simple on purpose.

Walk.Stretch.Light movement.
No intensity required.
And one thing I want you to think about while you do it:
