October: Kicking off Awards Results Season with a Bang
We kicked off Q3 with our quarterly meeting, coming together to celebrate our Q2 achievements, key learnings, and standout moments. Awards season is now in full swing – and we’ve started strong, with an incredible 32 client wins in October alone!
Every quarter, we also take a look at our success metrics and we’re super proud to be achieving an outstanding 100% shortlist and 78% win rate for our clients.
With plenty more ceremonies on the horizon, we’re excited to keep celebrating our clients’ continued success in the months ahead.

Chrysalis Courses Taking to the International Stage
We have the pleasure of working with the brilliant Chrysalis Courses. They are a not-for-profit organisation, providing leading accredited counselling and hypnotherapy training.
To support their mission to “help people learn how to help other people” by offering accessible, flexible, and affordable courses across the UK and expanding internationally, we guided Chrysalis to enter one of the world’s premier business awards; The Stevie International Business Awards.
And they won! Not only did they win, they travelled to the ceremony in Lisbon, Portugal to celebrate together as a team alongside the other winners;

Recognising Customer Service Excellence at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2025 Finals
We’re lucky to partner with the UK Customer Experience Awards, and every year the awards get better and better, and this year was no exception.
It was a true privilege to attend the ceremony at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London. The ceremony brings together passionate teams and leaders who are continually elevating the standard of customer experience across the UK.
These awards serve to honour the dedication, innovation, and unwavering commitment to a customer-centric approach. We are exceptionally proud that our clients achieved recognition in every category they were nominated. A huge congratulations to the winners!
And a special shoutout to Aura, whose inspiring narrative, resolve, and significant impact were both moving and truly transformative. Their work offers a powerful reminder of the human element in customer experience and the profound difference it can make in individuals' lives.
Congratulations again to all the winners and finalists. Every submission underscored the principle that customer experience is not just a function but a foundational organisational culture.

Samsung Solve for Tomorrow
We had an exceptional experience supporting the Samsung Electronics Solve for Tomorrow European Final in Milan.
We were honoured to support this inspiring competition with judging guidance and a bespoke platform powered by ScoreApp that brought together all the criteria and judging needs to help find the winners, ensuring fairness, transparency, and a seamless experience for all involved.
Judges from Samsung and the International Olympic Committee had the difficult task of selecting just five winning teams from an outstanding group of young innovators aged 15–20.
Their ideas for sports, tech, and social innovation were truly world class, proof that given the opportunity, the next generation has what we need to shape a brighter, smarter future.
Huge thanks to Samsung for the opportunity to be part of such an impactful initiative, and to Annalyz Fraser, and the Samsung CSR managers and the teams behind the event for bringing this to life.
Seeing these young people’s creativity, confidence, and courage reminded us why when we give inclusive opportunities and celebrate people’s ideas, we fuel progress. Congratulations to all the winning teams, your research, ideas, prototypes and proposals were mind blowing!
We can’t wait to see them out in the world!
