REVEAL IS BELOW! This is the last in our 3 part RV practice series, for anyone who would like to play along! This week, I've also attached a channeled audio from The Collective in which they discuss the practice and some strategies to try ❤️ For each practice session, we will post a picture of an official RV "target." You will have one week to tap in to the target and take notes of your impressions. 🚫DO NOT POST YOUR NOTES/IMPRESSIONS ON THIS THREAD 🚫 On Sunday, April 26 we will unveil the target so that you can see how you did. Judging is on the honor system - this exercise is simply for you to practice a new skill. There are plenty of YT videos that discuss RV and provide basic instructions for beginners, if you are not familiar with the process. Your third target is below.

It is like a kind of Divine play. 😉 💥What supports you: A little space to move: A small corner of your room where you can stand, sway, and take a few steps. No special equipment needed. If standing is difficult, sit on a chair without a backrest. Privacy, as much as possible, so you feel free to move, hum, or make sounds without feeling watched or judged. Couples should also be in different rooms. We begin together, because each impulse builds on the one before. This creates a safe, coherent container for everyone. 💥Experiences you can have in this space: · You are good exactly as you are. · It is safe to be you. · You are not alone. · You are held. · Your body is wise – you begin to feel its signals more clearly. · You are connected. · You can trust – yourself, your body, and your path—a little more each time.
