I just uploaded another Witchy Yoga Flow into January’s library. This one is slow, soft, and deeply womb-centered.
These movements are designed to help you create space in the pelvis, sacral, and lower belly—inviting circulation, warmth, and presence back into a part of the body that so many of us unconsciously hold, guard, or disconnect from.
This is not a “workout” flow. It's a ritual in motion.
Put on music that feels like you. Dim the lights if you can. Light a candle, place a hand on your womb, and let this be a moment of devotion to your body.
Move like you are remembering something ancient. Breathe like you are thawing winter soil. Let each shape become a spell.
