This isn’t about re-living your traumas or ripping open old wounds—this is about walking with the parts of you that learned to survive, and helping your body remember what safety feels like again. We’ll take this in small, doable steps that support your nervous system, rebuild self-trust, and help you recognize the difference between ego noise and body truth. You’ll learn how shadow patterns show up (people-pleasing, overthinking, shutting down, control, avoidance), why they formed, and how to meet them with compassion instead of judgment. You’ll also be guided through a simple, powerful practice to connect with your shadow gently, ask what it’s protecting you from, and discover what you need to feel even 5% safer—because healing isn’t a race, it’s a relationship, and it happens in cycles like the moon and the earth.
