I am a wellness coach, speaker, writer, and the host of the Awaken Podcast. My life’s work is rooted in questioning the limits society places on us and creating space for people to rediscover their voice, their peace, and their power.
My vision is to build a movement where emotional intelligence, healing, and spiritual alignment are no longer optional, but essential. I believe peace is not found in avoiding life’s difficulties, but in learning to meet them with presence, awareness, and grace.
I am not simply sharing lessons I’ve studied — I am sharing the journey I’ve lived. From grief and healing, to rebuilding and transformation, to motherhood and purpose, I embody what it means to become the change I want to see in the world. My mission is to reach hearts globally, to awaken a culture of peace, and to remind people that they are not alone in their questions, their struggles, or their becoming.
