We know and love the movie quote, but it also relates to why we are here! “After many years training pilots across Boeing, Airbus Helicopters, Military and classic aircraft, I’ve learned that the biggest difference between a good pilot and a great one is not the aircraft, it’s the mindset, habits, and behaviours.
I created this community for pilots who want to excel: not only in flying, but in leadership, performance, and how they show up on and off the flight deck.
