Friday thread: wins this week
Time for wins. Big or small, what went right this week? Share: 1. Your win 2. What helped 3. What you want to tackle next week A workflow that ran on its own, an error you fixed, a video that went out. All of it counts.

Start here. 3 minutes.
Welcome. This group helps you run a faceless YouTube channel that posts on its own. You do not need to know code. If you can copy and paste, you can do this. Here is the whole idea in one line: you set it up once, then you spend about 5 minutes a day picking topics. The system does the rest. Do this today: Step 1. Open Classroom, Module 1, lesson "n8n in plain words." Step 2. Import the free workflow (lesson 1.2). Step 3. Reply to this post with one line: what is your channel about? Stuck on any step? Say so here. A person answers, usually the same day. Nobody here is on camera. The voice in our videos is AI and we say so.

Wednesday thread: post your workflow
This is the thread for showing what you built. Big or small. A workflow that just sends you a Slack message counts. Copy this and fill it in: 1. What it does (one sentence) 2. Tools it uses 3. What was hard 4. One question for the group A screenshot of your canvas helps a lot. Please blur or crop out API keys, passwords, and client names before you post. Links to your own stuff are fine in this thread only. Nothing built yet? Tell us the one task you want to stop doing by hand. We will help you pick a first workflow.

First Video Challenge
New this week: the First Video Challenge. Goal: get one video made by your system. Not ten. One. Reply "in" to join. Reply "done" with a screenshot of your Topics sheet when you have your first rows. We celebrate every "done" in the Friday wins thread. No video is too small. A first rough one counts.

Monday thread: what are you building this week?
New week. What are you building or fixing this week? Reply with: 1. The workflow or task 2. The tool you will use 3. Where you are stuck, if anywhere Small is fine. A workflow that sends you one email counts. Links to your own stuff are fine in this thread only.
