👋 Hey everyone — I’m Micah from Utah County! I’ve been in real estate for 26+ years, working with buyers, sellers, and the occasional land project that needs more therapy than infrastructure. I also coach agents (500+ so far) and build courses to help them actually enjoy—and scale—their businesses. My AI skills? Intermediate headed toward advanced, mostly because I use it daily for content creation, systems, and automations that save me from staying up 24 hours a day trying to do it all myself. What I want to improve with AI: Streamlining lead nurture and content workflows so things run smoothly without me turning into a full-time robot. Fun fact:When I’m not helping people enrich their lives through real estate, I’m usually snowboarding, hiking, cliff-jumping, painting, or trying not to sprain something doing any of those.
