Hello! Trying out this platform to change or give insight on how people look at the service department of their servicing dealership!! No dealership is perfect, and I’m definitely not claiming to have all the answers. My goal is simple: to become the best version of a Service Manager that I can be. I want to share real experiences from the service drive, talk about the challenges we face every day, and hopefully give people a better understanding of what goes on behind the scenes in a dealership service department. More importantly, I want to hear from others. Your stories, your experiences, and your ideas on how we can improve processes, communication, and the overall experience for customers and staff alike. If we can learn from each other and keep improving, everyone wins — the technicians, the advisors, the managers, and most importantly the customers. Looking forward to the conversations!
