Hello
Hi guys, My name is Jan.I’m currently building an AI automation agency. So far, I’ve created a few workflows, including financial statement analysis, social media posting automation, and outreach with follow-ups. Now I want to start landing commercial projects, but I feel a bit stuck on how to approach it strategically. My idea is to offer a free audit and then propose custom AI workflow solutions tailored to each client. Where I’m struggling most is choosing the right niche and defining the best way to approach potential clients. Has anyone here gone through a similar stage? How did you choose your niche, and what worked for you when landing your first clients? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience.
👀 New Section: Claude Code
I’ve just added a Claude Code hub inside Skool to help you actually use Claude for building real systems, not just chatting with it. This section is focused on turning Claude into a builder, not a writer. I will add all Claude Code videos in this section.

👀 New Section: Claude Code
⚡️ Massive Library of Claude Code skills
If you're using Claude Code (or planning to learn it for my upcoming Claude Code mini course), this is essential. Aitmpl.com just launched a Skills section with plug-and-play capabilities you can instantly add to Claude Code. Things like MCP Builder, Webapp Testing, Email Composer, and tons more. 🤯 Why this matters: ⚙️ Skills are basically portable expertise packs that teach Claude how to do specific tasks better. Instead of writing the same prompts over and over, you install a skill once, and Claude knows how to handle that task moving forward. Think of it like onboarding a new hire, but instead of training them manually every time, you give them the documentation and they reference it whenever needed. What's available: ⚡️ The site has skills for creative work (design, art, music), technical tasks (testing, MCP generation, API work), enterprise stuff (communications, branding), and document handling (PDFs, Word docs, presentations). All of these are modular building blocks you can mix and match for your workflows. How to use them: ➡️ Browse the skills at https://www.aitmpl.com/skills ➡️ Install them via Claude Code with simple commands ➡️ Claude automatically loads them when relevant to your task The whole library is open-source and community-driven. We'll be diving into how to use skills like these in my Claude Code mini course starting soon. In the meantime, bookmark this library and start exploring what's possible.
