Huge untapped demand waiting
Cold outreach only works if they understand what you’re selling… most don’t. Ming Xu, CIO of Trillet, leans into local, in-person conversations where he can speak in plain terms and connect it to real business problems. That’s why grassroots selling is quietly becoming the unfair advantage for AI services.

GPT‑5.4 mini and nano
OpenAI just dropped two brand-new models, GPT-5.4 mini and GPT-5.4 nano, which are specifically designed to give us high-end intelligence at much faster speeds and lower costs. - GPT-5.4 mini runs 2x faster than the previous mini model while nearly matching the flagship GPT-5.4 on complex coding and reasoning benchmarks. - The new models are built for "subagent" workflows where a large model plans the work and these smaller models execute the specific tasks in parallel. - GPT-5.4 mini features a huge 400k context window in the API, making it perfect for processing long documents or large codebases without breaking the bank. - Pricing is incredibly aggressive with the nano model costing only $0.20 per 1M input tokens and $1.25 per 1M output tokens for high-volume tasks. - These models excel at "computer use" tasks like interpreting dense screenshots of user interfaces to complete actions with low latency. - Free and Go users in ChatGPT can already access the mini model through the "Thinking" feature in the plus menu.
