make.com error with open ai

im getting an error in my workflow from open ai, it says:

RateLimitError

Third party API limit likely exceeded

Origin

OpenAI (ChatGPT, Whisper, DALL-E)

i tried switching the model to the free version so its not a permission issue, all the api's are setup and i even tried reducing the token usage, however these didnt work. im new to this and im not sure how to trouble shoot this issue, anyone know what went wrong?
