Dont ever discourage yourself by saying "well 100 other people probably called this person already". What truly matters is who is the better closer..........
The goal is getting the contract signed and not about caring who else is going to make the call.
If you dont take the opportunity and follow through, YOU DONT GET THE CONTRACT.
